El hotel es limpio, pero la habitación que nos tocó no bajaba el agua de la bañera, solicitamos cambio de habitación y nos decían q no podían que resolverían el problema, fue un técnico a reparar el daño. Pero no lo logró así que seguimos reclamando una nueva habitación y no nos respondían así que nos tuvimos que ir para otro lado.
Staff is great, bartender at the pool (lynn) is amazing. The only issue we had which wasnt this hotel fault but an inconsiderate person that brought their yapping dog to the hotel. While it is a dog friendly hotel which I do support. This client (Shakira marquez) left the dog in the room and was barking late at night. We spoke with the manager grace to talk to them. The manager’s name is Grace she is very rude not polite at all. She threw us out at 7 am because supposedly our “dog was barking” which we were still sleeping and she even said “look at him he can’t control himself” while her being at the door which is normal for a dog to bark when he doesn’t know someone but he didn’t try to bite her or anything just barked in the moment she was at the door. I stayed at this Hilton hotel in Sarasota, and overall the room was very clean, comfortable, and nicely prepared. Everything looked neat and well taken care of, which I really appreciated. However, there were a few issues that affected my stay. The air conditioner in the room was very noisy, especially at night. Also, the hot water in the shower took a long time to warm up — I had to wait around 10 minutes before the water became warm. The biggest disappointment was breakfast.
