The best way to describe my opinion is that staying here was okay, but I will not come back. We had two rooms, each with varying levels of a mildew smell, dirty floors, and electrical issues. The beds were clean, and we did end up having a good night's sleep - but it was a bit unsettling being in a hotel that did not feel clean overall. Unfortunately our experience was terrible overall. Our bathroom sink felt like it was about to fall off. If you touched it, it would move. The shower was similar. Pull the handle, had the faucet moves too. Day 1 called the front desk asked them to send someone to help fix those issues. Nobody was sent. During the night, the smoke alarm went off at 4 am during our stay. Walked down the hall to see what was happening to find lights flashing. Do NOT stay here. I arrived on 07/20 to a half-done door, holes in the shower curtain, and other things. I decided to stay as my kids and I traveled long and were tired. The bathroom door mentioned about was half-way sawed and there was exposed wood and my son hurt himself with it. Bathroom was dirty. I woke up 07/21 to roaches on the walls and decided I’d go to lobby to ask for refund and cancelation of my next night. The front desk gentleman was nice and issued refund. The reception is very nice, everything is clean and the bed linen smells very good. the price is negotiable and the breakfast 🧇 tastes good.
