I walked in (after 10pm) to check in. No one was there. Then I saw a young lady that was not dressed in professional attire so I didn't think she worked there, but she had me wait a few minutes...she had to finish her convo with another staff member. Then she didn't greet me. She was rushing to check my family and I in. She didn't explain check out time, breakfast time, just said your room is on 4th floor. This place is so horrible I stayed there from 08/07/2025-08/09/2025 and they needed a security deposit when I called because I haven’t received it back they kept telling me to call back and I was nice and respectful. They will not talk to me regard to it they keep telling me to call tomorrow because the manager is busy and is in meeting. There was a roach outside my room in the doorway for the duration of my stay. I checked in Thursday night, brought it to the Front desks attention Friday morning but it was still there when I checked out on Sunday. During the stay I found another roach in the restroom along with numerous small knats (I hope) throughout the stay. There is no "please do not disturb" sign available which actually helped me as there was no TV remote in the room until I asked house keeping after being woken up/disturbed.
