We were placed on the 4th floor and the air conditioning was not working in the hall. It was litterally hotter in the hall than outside.Our room AC was not properly working either. Temp was set at 72 and the room was 78 it never dropped lower than 75 when we put the AC at 65.When we asked to chanage rooms we were told that there were no rooms available. We were given a fan that was super loud. The person at the front desk person was no help when we asked for compensation. We were told to get with the manager in the morning. ... read more

Stay somewhere else! Had an issue with my reservation due to my flight being delayed and not being able to check in with my family. Annie at the front desk made my mom cry due to her rudeness. Instead of helping and offering some different solutions, she simply said “you are not understanding and I’m done.” A little hospitality goes a long way and while I understand the situation around checking in, she was extremely rude. Both when I spoke with her over the phone and when my mom check in in person. Stay somewhere else!

Una experiencia agridulce, llegamos a las 2:45 pm no nos permitieron hacer el check in antes de las 3 pm, salimos y regresamos casi a las 9 pm y al entregarnos la habitación, ingresamos a ella y estaba toda destendida, almohadas aventadas a sin ningún lado en pocas palabras parecía una habitación ocupada, nos cambian a otra habitación, ya mejor, pero al tratar de comunicarme al lobby para solicitar un apoyo nadie contestó, acudo al lobby y no hay nadie para atender después de las 10 pm.

weak water pressure. water gets warm but not hot. this is my second stay in 2025. once in Jan and once in July. they also make you pay 4 dollars to park for no reason and an $100 deposit... for what? no reason.

⸻ We arrived and the shower wasn’t working. When we asked for help, they told us we had to wait for the maintenance guy — which we did for over an hour, with no solution. We requested a room change, and the response was completely useless. The receptionist’s attitude was terrible: no sense of service, no empathy, and completely incapable of resolving anything. We ended up having to leave in a rush. A truly disappointing experience. I do not recommend this place.
