5 Stars – Incredible Experience at Hilton Sparks! Love, love, love the service here! From check-in to check-out, I truly felt acknowledged and valued as a customer. The staff were friendly, professional, and made the entire stay feel special. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and I’m a huge fan of the Zero products they use — such a great touch! Highly recommend Hilton Sparks if you’re looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-run hotel. Can’t wait to come back!
Clean rooms, lobby, friendly staff during check in and out. No microwave in rooms but mini fridge. There is one in lobby next to mini mart. Breakfast was less than traditional continental. Still will stay again for the price point it's worth it.
Once I got there check inn was great the only problem was they didn’t have water so no shower toilet or even to brush my teeth it took a few hours for them to connect water . Guy at lobby was nice he did what he could . Breakfast not good at all the only good thing coffee they had boiled eggs cereal and make your own oatmeal to be a Hilton I expected a lil more better breakfast . More variety . I think Hilton should do better than this rooms were in bed was very old mattress was not comfortable at all ! A lot of noise early ... read more
