DONT STAY AT THIS TERRIBLE HOTEL! I was charged $135 for modifying my reservation to ADD a night! We booked a king suite with a couch to sleep myself, husband and daughter only to check in to find out that the loveseat is not a pull out! They expected all three of us to sleep in the bed! Asked about the fee upon check in and the desk agent told me it was simply a deposit. A hidden gem for cleanliness, impeccably maintained property and attention to details. And the front desk staff, Destinee, was attentive. I have stayed in all types of hotels from super budget to luxury ones for business and pleasure over the years and this is one of the best I have been a guest at.
This Hilton Hotel doesn’t clean the room every day. They don’t change towels, don’t remove the trash, don’t even enter in your room to check if you need anything. There are not enough towels for two days in a row, so after a full day outside you have to come down to the reception to ask for new towels. The breakfast is disapointing. If you need a simple scramble eggs you will have to pay. Is Hilton really going down that fast because in an equivalent Marriott hotel I don’t see the same issues.
Super comfy beds, very clean, and convenient location!
This place is an ideal location for the job site. I am assigned to working. The front desk and housekeeping staff have been phenomenal to me over the course of this past year. I’ve had some stays that started in August 2025 into September and then this past week through the end of this week, April 17. It seems that no request is too much not that I’ve asked for a lot but I have been to plenty of Hilton properties over the years as well as other brands and many of my simple requests for some reason tend to be too much.
