One night stay at Spark by SAT. I had a very early flight out and booked the Spark SAT since it has an early morning shuttle. The shuttle runs every hour from the hotel to the airport. Pickup from the airport is by phone request and was prompt. My room was ready at 3pm when I arrived. Room and entire property was noticeably very clean albeit a bit of an older property. I had a wonderful stay at Spark by Hilton San Antonio Airport. The free shuttle, free breakfast, the room, and the pool were all great! The staff at the front desk were very friendly and extremely helpful. The got me checked in and out very fast and helped me schedule my shuttle back to the airport. The room was spacious and very clean. The shower head was pretty low and I had to crouch under it, but the bathroom was very clean and modern.

I came for my uncle funeral and someone called my room and 8 others room to scam me saying they are trying to verify my information because their computers went down last night after I told them I will go downstairs to front desk myself to see about it they hung up . I requested housekeeping at 830 Monday morning and when I got back 230pm after the funeral no one came to the room. We had to make our own bed and take trash out ourselves. Update May 16: Hilton corporate responded publicly here asking me to contact them, yet after fourteen days and multiple formal complaints filed directly with Hilton corporate and their VP of Operations, I have received zero response. I’m beyond disappointed with the lack of service from this hotel. My 75 year-old mother was traveling all day yesterday trying to get to San Antonio for her best friend’s funeral.
