I stayed at this hotel and, overall, my stay was very good. However, there was one situation that I found very unprofessional. I observed what appeared to be a romantic relationship between the hotel manager and one of the housekeepers. I learned their names from the tags they wore on their uniforms. Even more concerning, I saw them inside a vehicle engaging in inappropriate behavior in an area where guests could see them. Exceptional Service When We Needed It Most!!!! After a long overnight drive, just hours before a tornado struck San Antonio. We arrived at Spark by Hilton San Antonio Airport around 3:00 AM, exhausted and just hoping for a smooth check-in. What we received was something even better—genuine hospitality. Booked a room on Expedia for one night stay. Paid through Expedia. The hotel gave our room to someone else before we got there. They quickly gave us another room but charged us for the second room. And it was double what we originally paid. After 3 weeks of calling and being assured we would be refunded we still haven’t been. Nothing but lies. We even contacted corporate and still can’t get our money back.
