Complementary coffee and tea and cookies in lobby are fantastic (cookies are generally always soft and delicious)!! Rooms are decent size and comfy, free breakfast too... would stay here again!!!
$85 on 5/15 with a hotel coupon, complimentary breakfast and dinner. Can't beat the price and the hotel is very nice. Cookies, cheese and crackers and chips and salsa complimentary in the lobby too.

All the positive comments about this place are true. A little gem.
Coffee and tea available all day! As well as cookies. Continental breakfast and dinners are included. Highly recommend. Elevator is a little scary though
Nice hotel. Staff was good and obliging. Rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast is good too but it can be difficult to find a free table. Totally I like it and we were staying there for two nights.
Borrow a free DVD at the front desk; the television channel selection is horrible.
Fresh cookies 24/7 an very friendly staff! Love it
Def a nice place to stay in Rochester. The Distillery nearby is supposedly the place to be.
