I tried to book a hotel through a third-party app, but due to a glitch, the app accidentally double-booked my room. When I spoke with the front desk receptionist, she assured me it wouldn’t be a problem to cancel the second booking since it was clearly a mistake. However, when the third-party app reached out to cancel or move the extra booking to the following night, the hotel staff denied the request. This location is really bad. 4th floor smells like garbage and dirty laundry perpetually. The rooms air conditioning smells like smelly socks. The fitness room has no ventilation and the water dispenser is empty. Service is good and prompt. Everything else about this hotel reeks of low quality. Pun intended. Run away!
I was here for a conference and did it stay here. But my colleagues who stayed here mentioned that the rooms were good and as it directly by the side of Rt 1&9, the sound was greatly muffled out, making the room tolerable silent. The meeting room was good, but unfortunately, their system was broken, and the temperature could not be controlled, which made the conference room burning hot. Else, all other facilities were good.
