Customer service in front desk was terrible. The manager yogi was rudely not trying to help come up with a solution due to a “policy interference”. Not trying to emphasize that a trial of events was going on due to not being able to come to to the reservation and provided no type of genuine hospitality and did not try to see if there was another type of solution he can provide. Terrible customer service.
I cannot stress enough the level of satisfaction I feel about my stay at the Spark in Rahway. The establishment was clean, safe, accommodating, and above all, the staff were available and so super friendly. I was brought to the area unexpectedly and under tremendous stress and each and every staff member I encountered treated me with grace and integrity, even when I may have been slightly difficult. Set clean pleasant staff I would certainly recommend this place and great parking
I suggest to not pick this hotel I was staying at this hotel for four days straight and breakfast was ok rate it 4/10 and they have a small pool area it was fun but the thing I don’t suggest is the room Because my family had food in the fridge and there was so many cockroaches everywhere around the fridge and the tv area I don’t suggest this make sure if u stay at this hotel make sure to check around the fridge for bugs.
