This place was awesome,I enjoyed my stay here,the house keepers are amazing,not to mention the house keeping supervisor shayla, thanks for making my stay worth it.
The WORST customer service. My son who is 18 went to the location after I booked the room for him. They turned him away because of an age restriction. I don’t even mind that policy. However, they refused to refund him due to the policy so he could go to another hotel. When I called to talk to them they refused to talk to me. I emailed and called the location several times with the worst responses, even was hung up on several times. Emailed the GM, received a very generic response back. My wife and I arrived in the evening a couple days before the Fourth of July 2025. Unfortunately, I had not read any reviews because I booked a room at this Spark for eight days with my Hilton points a couple months in advance. It was a night of terror because 2 inch long cockroaches, Palmetto bugs, were coming out of the woodwork scurrying around. We had to make sure none of them got into our luggage. We did not sleep.
