The first room we were out in didn’t have a working shower. The handle to turn it on came off in my son’s hand. I went to complain and ask that for $300/night we could have a shower and the woman at the desk spent 5 minutes looking for an available room then out us 2 doors down from our original room. Having worked at a hotel before I can say there is no way it should take that long to find an open room. She then said ‘here you go’ and sent me on my way. I have been staying at this hotel for the last two years about every three months. The staff is very friendly, but the rooms are absolutely disgusting and infested with German roaches. I know in Florida you will get a bug or two, but that’s completely different than what’s going on here. I reserved a room for three nights at $98 a night and they charged me $140 a night on my final bill. I will not be going back. I will spend a little extra money and go back to home to suites
Very nice staff and perfect location! Breakfast also very good. Not a fancy hotel, but everything that I need it.
Totally enjoyed our time here. The staff at the desk were amazing. The room was very clean. I would highly recommend staying here.
