Pool was loud until way after 2am, WiFi never worked and when it did it sucked bad. I was charged a fraudulent $155 for over 7 days on top of my full hotel charge: Hilton and spark both refused to refund me and told me to call my bank. Angelina’s diner across the street was amazing for breakfast. Omelettes and biscuits and gravy were solid. Hersheys ice cream within a walk. The beach there is beautiful and peaceful with lifeguard. Here's a much shorter version that still emphasizes the seriousness of the experience and why you deserve compensation: This was, without question, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The most unacceptable issue was discovering bed bugs in our room. No guest should have to worry about being bitten or bringing an infestation home. After finding them, we felt unsafe, spent the night checking our belongings, and managed only about four hours of sleep due to the stress.
