We had a group stay of 34 folks and Claudia made this part of my plans so easy. Her suggestions and staff were super pleasant to help make our stay comfortable and restful. She and her staff, Patty, and (I'm sorry to have forgotten the young man's name that helped us that evening) made us feel right at home, and were quick and organized to get us settled in for the night and off the next morning.
Stayed here for 4 nights while attending a conference at Opryland last week. This is perfect when you consider what you pay! I love to be outdoors and hike and have pretty basic standards when I stay anywhere. My 3 must haves are clean rooms, decent beds, and a good shower. I would say they exceeded my expectations for all 3!! Our room was very clean, bed was amazing, and shower heat and pressure were spot on.
