We stayed here on a recent trip to the area and I wouldn’t stay here again. First, we booked directly through Hilton as a Hilton Honors member 3 weeks in advance. We took advantage of the online check in process and had a smooth check in with digital key. However, when I received the notification that my card was charged, it prompted me to look at the rate I paid. I paid $134 after tax for a 2 queen room. When my flight to Texas was cancelled, I immediately went online to change my reservation. For whatever reason, it didn't go through. I was charged a "no show" when I had to take a different flight a full 24 hours later, and no one at the hotel was willing to even have a conversation with me about the circumstances. We also left some items behind that I paid to have sent back to us, and while the hotel staff confirmed that they had the items, they never returned them, even having been given the prepaid shipping label. Checked in 9:30 p.m. by a very friendly and efficient young lady. The room was clean, comfortable, well lit, with USB and USB-C charging ports. I was very impressed with the lamps and lighting. Bright and cheerful. The bathtub was peeling and had a bath mat to cover that. Breakfast was minimal but adequate - a bowl of cereal and glass of juice.
