I was really excited to stay at this hotel but disappointed upon arrival. I was required to pay a deposit which was not mentioned on the expideia app. When i asked about it the lady said i would recevie it back on my card upon checking out. Once i checked out another lady told me it could take 5 business day's or sooner depending on my bank. Unacceptable because i was lied to. Also breakfast was said to be from 6 - 11 am. Said they had breakfast and all the food was gone by 8 am no sausage no eggs just muffins. I asked the lady and they ran out And for the proce the room was average and ac didnt cool properly

I have been a Hilton Honors member for many years and typically stay at a Hampton Inn however this time I thought we would try Spark. Never again, first the front desk staff was not very friendly, our room was not available at 3:00pm per check in timeline and the breakfast was minimal at best.
