I stayed at a Spark for the first time and now I know why I have been holding out. It is basically a Motel 6 with Hilton branding. The amenities are sparse, the rooms look like they were furnished from the local Walmart, terrible TV setup, and the elevator looks like it was put in as an afterthought. If you have an animal this might be the place for you because they seem to cater more to our furry friends than to us. Spend the extra 20 dollars and find at least a Hampton Inn.
Contacted this hotel many times. As a Hilton Honours Member I’m astounded by the lack of communication and response from the hotel. I left my apple EarPods in the room after a recent stay and called immediately to retrieve them however my calls and emails have fallen on deaf ears. I do not understand why the hotel would not return my property. As you know you can track Apple products via your App and they last display as being in the room. So it’s time to come clean and return my property. Thanks
Hotel & rooms have been renovated very cheap. When entering the room it was clean with new carpet & furniture. The sink in the bathroom looked good, BUT the bathtub had the finish peeling off(see photo). Obviously, the hotel knew this as a shower mat was available to use. The renovation should have removed the tub & made a stand up shower.
This hotel has very thin Windows allowing all traffic noise to enter and not allow any sleep. We purchased 2 days and only state one and they would not refund the second day. Very disappointed.
Wet nice rooms. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great! The beds were comfy and the area felt safe
