Our car stopped working on our way back home from Florida and the staff, especially Brittany were extremely compassionate and helpful. They made a stressful situation so much better. My family and I are grateful :-)☺️
I believe this was an old non-Hilton economy hotel. New items are nice (AC, TV, bed, etc). Infrastructure is old and problematic. You’ll save a little $, but you may not get a good nights sleep. This fits the adage of “you get what you pay for”
The dog park was a nice bonus.
I expected nicer accommodations from a hilton for the price in a suburb not downtown Montgomery. And this is the first pet room in over 52 days to have carpet. That could be the issue as there are serious competing smells in here. Part of it smells like water damage coming thru the ac unit. I know a lot about that bc my condo flooded thru the ac into and blew mold and mildew back at me for months. Another part of it is old carpet smells.
