The first time I stayed at this hotel I was satisfied. However, the second time I stayed the owner was at the front desk, along with the front desk personnel and my experience was horrible. I was given a less than substandard room twice and after making it known I wasn't satisfied with the rooms as I had been the first time I stayed, the female owner came over insensitive, told me if I wasn't satisfied she could refund my money. So far a nice stay. No coffee maker or blow dryer in room but not a deal breaker. Bed super comfy and the location is fantastic
This is how you do economy lodging! We stayed at the Spark for one night while visiting family and were pleasantly surprised by the experience. Check-in took less than two minutes, and we were greeted with a welcome bag containing water and chips. Although the room was only booked for two, the receptionist kindly offered a bag to my mother-in-law, who was just dropping us off. The room was spacious, clean, and well-lit. Clean, affordable, close proximity to many restaurants. Great water pressure and wonderful HOT water. Would stay again if I passed through the area.
