Location is a 5/10 very dark area not good in my opinion, customer service is excellent so my review has nothing to do with the staff , is not their fault as to how and where the hotel was built. No pool, no gym. I mean the place is built for short business stays and I mean 1 -2 days or a quick stop during long trips type of thing.

If you just need a relatively clean hotel without spending a ton of money you’ll be happy here, but don’t expect much compared to other Hilton properties. This is my first time staying at a Spark but I knew what to expect under this branding, it met my expectations. Front desk staff were very nice and quick to check me in, my room and bed were clean. Me and my wife came out here for a concert last weekend and almost had a hard time finding a decent hotel, but let me tell you , this truly is a hidden gem! I searched many hotels in read hundreds of reviews and this hotel by far is the best one in Modesto. Clean rooms with updated furniture, friendly staff, and free breakfast. They even have a little convenience store located right there in the lobby. I definitely be coming here again to stay if I ever come to Modesto.
