We drove to Kansas City and I went to check in at Hilton garden prairie and had a very bad experience. They was rude . Me and my kids was sitting in my van not knowing where we was going to stay. Everywhere I called they wanted way too much for a room. Finally I found this hotel. The a who answered was super nice. Check in was super easy. We got two rooms. Clean...fantastic front end staff...get anywhere KC within 15 minutes.
A nice value hotel
First stop on a drive west. Hotel is nice and clean. Room was big with good furnishings. Believe this hotel was remodeled within the last year or so and it’s still in great shape. Had a good dinner at the Mexican restaurant next door. Other than the Mexican place, only other food around was fast food. Would have like to see a little more out of the breakfast offerings but the staff was very friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again.
