Girls week in Amish Country. Got to our room no connection on either tv. They comped us points. It came on later. They had a yogurt machine that was off the 5 days we were there. I mentioned it to is staff member and he shrugged and said yeah it’s off. 2nd day our toilet was plugged up. Instead of having someone fix it I was handed a plunger! I’m not one of their paid maintenance but I managed to unplug it. Housekeeping is every other day. The maid was in our room once. Changed the towels and emptied the garbage. Did nothing... read more
Excellent Environment, Excellent customer service and lastly Excellent Location. The rooms were clean and neat, but it a small hotel under Hilton. My wife and kids loved it and next year when we return back to Lancaster again, I'm staying there.

my stay was made great By this gentleman named Gary! Accommodated for my family and truly made experience spark haha. But overall good hotel not too from Hershey Park
