This is a cheaply run, low budget hotel. This is a 1 star hotel. The rooms have no ice bucket, no microwave, a desk without a desk chair, no safe place for valuables, open cubbies no closed drawers. The molding in the rooms has major cracks. The room 307 has a dip in the floor that you can feel like you fall through. Room 306 the door gets jammed and you have to apply shoulder to get in and out. This was my first stay as an Hilton’s reward member and unfortunately, it’s making me rethink being one. It’s obvious they were rushing to renovate. My original room was on the third floor, but the door was placed on poorly making it super hard to go in and out of the room. I literally hurt my hand trying to close the door and open it. I went to the front desk and requested a different room, thankfully I was able to get one, but that door too had problems. It had big gaps between the floor and the bottom of the door.
