Front desk personnel told me they had no bottled water but failed to inform me that they have a filtered water fountain in the dining area. There was no coffee in the morning at 9 am. The room was clean, and spacious but the body wash bottle was empty which lead me to say that the totality of my issues are customer service based. The entire staff at this place is incredibly friendly and helpful! My TV wasn’t working, and moving me to another room was a major hassle because I had a lot of things to move. So, they came to my room and worked together to fix the issue. They treated me like family the entire time. You don’t find that kind of dedication or customer service at many businesses. I will be staying at this location for my next trip to Louisiana.
Needed a last minute place to stay. Hotel was super clean and smelled nice. It looks like it was recently re-done. Staff were helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Would recommend.
This is by far the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The young ladies at the front desk were amazing and by far the best but the hotel & rooms were disappointing! Rooms weren’t cleaned completely, breakfast was trash, walls were thin. I heard everything throughout the hotel all night long. Had the company I work for not gotten me this room I’d never stay here from the jump.
