I usually don't complain unless it's absolutely necessary but ,this place smelled flooded, similar to a wet carpet, the building on the inside was out dated, the bathroom was a rush job and was thrown together, while using the bathroom i saw a big spider walking, and I killed it , the next morning I went into the lobby for breakfast, they were serving cereal and milk ,toast, and bagels , no bacon, sausage, eggs grits,or oatmeal. This place is subpar.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences my family and I have ever had. We stayed here for a night, the floor we stayed on smelled like mildew and was very humid. They had a dehumidifier visible in the hallway, so I’m wondering if they have mold or water damage. The room itself had a similar smell and was extremely hot. My husband and I didn’t sleep at all because the A/C unit kept shutting off (on top of it already being extremely humid already). Nice hotel breakfast could be better but other then that I have no complaints the room was big and very clean the shower worked just fine. Robin was very friendly and helpful she was great
Im so glad i choose to try this little Hilton spot i was skeptical at first but i made the best choice! Robin the manager is amazing shes so full of spirit! The girls at front desk so welcoming and full of smiles! Breakfast was minimum but full filling! The rooms were spacious and clean smelling good! Coffee on deck!!!!
