This is a nice hotel for the price you pay. Rooms and hotel were nice and clean. Continental breakfast was included (yogurt, cereal, muffins, bagels, coffee and juice). It’s only 10 mins away from Hershey Park which is awesome after a long day. The staff was nice. Our only complaint is the pool. The hours are supposed to be from 9am-9pm. I wouldn’t stay here again. We were in town for a tournament, and the hotel was clearly hosting several full teams, yet there was no consideration for the needs of families and kids. The pool was closed and appeared to have been that way for some time—not full, dirty, and even had ducks in it. A sign said “unforeseen closure,” but it didn’t look like any repairs were being attempted. My room was clean and everything worked. They have a continual breakfast it is located near several restaurants and shopping. As well as the Hershey lodge. They are dog friendly.
