If Hershey disappeared from a map, I'd be ok with that. Cannot say I had a good experience at any of the stops we made. First hotel booked was slum where you would have had bed bugs at best, lost a kidney worst case. Scrambled, found a Second hotel with the 4 rooms we needed, though when we got there they only had 2. Had to search for another hotel while at the concert we attended. Found this place with 2 rooms, could finally relax. Conformed verbally over the phone we were good to go. Pros: The room amenities are good. Regarding outdoor facilities, the pool is very large and suitable for both adults and children. General cleanliness is excellent, and customer service is outstanding, with coffee and tea available at reception 24 hours a day. Cons: 1. There is no elevator; if you are traveling with children and your room is on an upper floor, you will end up hauling luggage and kids like a weightlifter at the gym. 2. After a long day at Hershey Park we arrived around 10 PM at night. We checked into the first room which had a bit of a smell to it. We then noticed it had a lot of water damage on the ceiling along with visible mold growing. I asked for another room and the only other available rooms were outside. We walked into the first room which had a strong odor of must and stale cigarettes. I said no thanks. The next room did have a slight smell but we accepted it. My family and I have been here several times. The rooms are clean and spacious. The pool is clean and fun for kids. It’s close to Hershey park and restaurants. This place is great.

I inquired about checking in early in person since we arrived a few hours earlier than expected. I was told that it would be a $40 charge for an early check in. I was fine with that. After I agreed to it I was told there were no rooms available for early check in. I found that to be an odd waste of time and said not to worry about it, we would return at our 3pm check in time.
