The staff at Spark make this hotel exceptional. Harry went above and beyond to help fix a booking error and was so kind in helping me out. Suen at the front desk was amazing for our late night check in, he was so funny and helpful with my room. The rooms are lovely, extremely comfortable beds and pillows, and so central to everything. I wish I could give 10 stars for the staff though, absolutely outstanding.

With all the reviews I wasn't sure how this would turn out. I loved it! They are currently building an elevator. First floor is looks motel and the second is right at desk level. Breakfast was yummy but the juice machine was watered down both notes. All staff was awesome and they have tea and coffee all day! Had a bath and a fridge and a great pool. Close to Hershey and I love it.
Awesome place and the staff is amazing so friendly and accommodating. Super close to the attractions and restaurants in the Hershey area. Will definitely be coming back again with the family.
Yea. The only benefit for this hotel is that is close to Hershey Park. I would definitely skip this place. The amendies are lack luster, the breakfast choices are not worth the stay. The wifi they have is a joke. If you want fast Internet, it's an upcharge. Overall pass on this place
