Spark by Hilton is the basic of hotel stays. There was shampoo, conditioner, and body was in the shower. The mattress was comfy, but the sheets, while silky, felt cheap and did not breathe. Not my taste, but they were clean and we got a decent night's rest. Breakfast was basic too, but sufficient. The free airport shuttle was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. If I ever get stuck at DFW airport again, I would stay here.
Nick at check in & Tisha at check out were very polite and helpful. After a stressful day of traveling and layovers, it was quick and easy to get into a room. The hotel itself was very clean, as was my room, and they had all of the amenities I needed.
I thought this hotel was good. It had the necessities I needed, and the service people (Tisha the front desk lady and Sid the Bus Courier) were kind and timely.
