I expected more from a Hilton. I’ve been a Hilton Rewards member for several years and have stayed at Hilton brand hotels across the United Staes. This one was hands down the worst Hilton that I’ve ever stayed in. We stayed in room 409. The room was ok. Not dirty but also not “Hilton Clean”. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Overall, the room was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The refrigerator was clean and worked well, and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well. The beds were quite soft, which may be a matter of personal preference. The remote control barely worked, and the bathroom toilet had one of those annoying push-down buttons, but otherwise the room was in good shape.

Very impressed with this hotel with how clean it is especially the pool. Everything looks newly renovated except the elevator. Not a fully Embassy breakfast, but a great free breakfast. Can’t beat the free parking and price of this hotel.

Great location in Grapevine. Minutes away from the airport, shopping, and restaurants. Really quiet!!! ;-)
