When first arriving at The Spark by Hilton, Grapevine, we had issues with check-in. We used Booking.com to reserve our two rooms and they placed our booking under a different name. However, Ms. Mursheda didnt hesitate in helping to resolve our issue right away! Even fixing the name with no additional charges added. If you're looking for a nice hotel, decent prices, in a safe location, with exceptional service, this is your place! We will definitely stay here again :)

Great stay! The front desk staff were so welcoming and helpful, especially Mursheda and the breakfast was great . Highly recommend!
My mate and I are tourists from Australia and we missed our flight to Chicago due to delays. So we were able to book last minute a room and it was cheap and beautiful. The staff were awesome and very helpful considering i had no idea how numbers and stuff worked here. Would 100% recommend!
