Room itself was ok for what we needed it for. However, upon showering after being at the beach all day, we had no shampoo, conditioner or shower gel to rinse off properly. Parking was a nightmare, cards in the bathrooms state that housekeeping comes in every other day of your stay, we had zero housekeeping the entire 4 day stay we had. We ran out of clean towels after the second day. We arrived to a long line and 1 front desk clerk. After waiting a longer than normal wait time, we finally get checked in. Only to get upstairs to a dirty room filled with trash. We had to come down and request another room. No apologies given at all. The glass door to elevator in garage never opened. We had to walk all the way to the front every time we returned to get back into the building. Final room was cleaned but smelled really stuffy because patio door was left open. This hotel was absolutely FILTHY. There was no soap in any of the dispensers in the shower, there was dog hair ALL OVER the mattress protector on the pull out couch, black mold growing on the walls in the bathroom, and the AC unit is dumping water on the floor. We had to ask a couple of times for a clean mattress protector and sheets for the pull out and after 10 pm we finally just asked her to give them to us so we could change the bed so our kids could go to sleep.
