As a diamond member, I wasn't impressed. I won't return nor recommend. The rooms dont come with coffee, although there is coffee 24/7 at the check-in area.
Downstairs has a mold smell. Thirs floor does not, however room had mold and the bathroom was not clean. Do not expect any extras. They dont even give hand soap. The bed was hard. The AC worked well! Not the worst place I stayed in Galveston but I would stay elsewhere next time.
when we came back to the room we got an unexpected surprise by a cockroach
