I ended up at Spark by Hilton bc I had a reservation at the extended stay across the street for over 3 weeks but the guy at the front desk was asleep when I got there at 3 am (I drove across the country for work) long story short when I got there I was greeted by Zach (hope I spelled that right) who was LITERALLY an Angel. He knew I had just driven from my last hotel for about 14 hours and took care of me. Shoutout to Jim at the front desk - stellar customer service, proactive, and very helpful for all the questions and requests we had! Great modernly decorated space and good pricing for a clean place to sleep.
Check in is at 3. Room wasn’t ready until 430. We by then had digital keys so walked in and the lady behind the desk didn’t great us at all. Since we didn’t need her having the key already we went to find elevator. We had bags for 4 people and was carrying a baby. A man who works for hotel then found us as we found the elevator. The elevator was broken. We asked if there was another elevator and he just laughed. He did help us up to our 4th floor thankfully. We had 2 rooms. One smelled like old dog pee.
