I’m so glad I gave this hotel a chance despite its overall 3.9 rating. Many of the older reviews mentioned problems with the elevator, but it has since been fixed and everything worked perfectly during my stay. The location is excellent, the property is well-maintained, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff were truly lovely—welcoming, attentive, and professional. My husband and I are Hilton Diamond members and it’s the first time we are staying at a Spark by Hilton hotel. The rooms are just okay but the main problem is, we are next to a busy road and it was so noisy I couldn’t sleep. At first I thought the window was open, it was that noisy. But it wasn’t open. Don’t expect a peaceful nights sleep at all. If this is a new hotel, I have NO idea how these windows passed inspection. I’m in the Construction Industry.
