I’m a Diamond member and was very disappointed with how my recent stay was handled. I booked my reservation around 12 PM and specifically asked Ashley at the front desk for a room on the third floor. She told me there were no rooms available on that floor. I also asked to be placed on the first floor and she denied that as well. However, my friend who is a Silver member booked a room just two hours later, around 2 PM, and was automatically assigned a room on the third floor without even having to request it. One downfall is how close the toilet paper is to the toilet, I felt like I was practically sitting on top of it! The outdoor pool was a decent size, heated nicely, but there were no towels and would be nice to have some light music playing.
What an unexpected treat. Just when you think a Spark only meets the basic needs of a traveler, you get a King Suite and are wowed by the space and comfort. This was a pleasing stay; however, if the pool and laundry were operable it would have surpassed expectations. The weight room and breakfast did make up for it as did the exceptional service of the staff. You gals rock!
