The room was clean and well stocked with soap and towels. The service was less than positive, I do not understand the disconnect between Hilton and these "By Hilton" hotels. If I pay Hilton I should expect whatever Hilton says, will be what occurs. However, this location decided to cut an hour off of my stay for some reason, yet I did not 1/17th of a refund for the hour they stole. I really liked this hotel. I got a suite with 2 queen beds and my dog stayed too, for a pretty reasonable price. I absolutely loved the big grassy area between this hotel and the hotel Nextdoor. There were no stickers for the dog to step in, poop was picked up, and bags were provided. My dog loved having that space to sniff around and do his business. The room was comfortable and quiet. Right next to grocery store and several food options.
The front desk personnel at check in was very unfriendly. Hampton just half a mile away is perfect.
