I’m really of annoyed. The pictures showed the rooms having microwaves. No microwave. Hair in the shower. Hair in the bed. WiFi doesn’t work. I’ve been in the hospital for 5 days and I’m from out of town. I just wanted to relax without having to keep moving. So I could order food and heat it up bc I can’t eat much. I can’t walk much so it’s been a huge inconvenience. And then the noise. Omg! They’re working on something but instead of saying that they still let me check in! I’m beyond frustrated. I want to start by saying the staff here are wonderful. Their customer service is consistently amazing, and they are absolutely not the problem. If I were reviewing them alone, this would be a 5-star post. Unfortunately, whoever is responsible for running this location — whether that’s the area manager, district manager, or franchise owner — has made some ridiculously unprofessional decisions that completely ruin the experience. The staff at this hotel are much more than "employees", they are friends and people I value. Sydney, Esai and Gabriella are world class and should be treated with respect and valued people. The housekeepers are very kind and hard working. I enjoyed making them laugh and they were very quick with a friendly greeting. The only issue I had, was that there was no microwave in the room.
