Kenny, the night desk clerk went above and beyond to get us checked in way late last night. It was much appreciated after a horrendous rental car experience!
Booked and paid for a room through chase travel, which I guess is Expedia as I found out once I arrived. Called prior to takeoff to let them know I will be arriving at 2am per their website. When I arrived they had given up my room and didn't seem to have a care in the world about it. Very unprofessional. Now I have to wait for them to approve my refund. Prob a long shot. Don't book here if you will be arriving late.
Beautiful, very very clean and spacious. Free shuttle, decent breakfast. Staff are very friendly. Highly recommended
