We booked this hotel late at night due to airline travel delays. The service was great. They got us two pack-and-plays so we were able to only book one room. They were extremely helpful with all the extras we needed for our kids. Thank you!
This was by far the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had and it’s honestly embarrassing that this place carries the Hilton name. At check-in, the front desk woman immediately accused me of fraud because my ID has my married name and my card has my maiden name. I’ve never had this issue at any other Hilton. Instead of handling it professionally, she gave me attitude, made assumptions about my life, and lectured me before finally letting us check in. I booked the room for $130, she charged me $180. Kenny (the overnight front desk manager) was extremely helpful in getting us a room booked when our flight got canceled. The place was crazy busy with other travelers in our same situation, but she went above and beyond to be kind and helpful.
