Sparks is definitely a budget, budget of the Hilton parent company. Staff I interacted with were polite and friendly. The lobby has been curated to make it appear you have just scored the best deal it was clean and well taken care of. Hallways outside of the lobby and on the upper floors are not well lit and the carpet has bubbles in it giving the floor a wave look and a tripping hazards to those who may have mobility issues, room carpeting isn't much better with what felt like squishy spots. It’s the low-frills premium line. No coffee in room. No microwave. No business center or pool or breakfast of any merit save an extremely annoying (what someone thought it would be cute to call) “bagel bar” where you’re single-served to death in an investment of your time in exchange for the hotel’s convenience. I had an excellent experience at this hotel. From the moment of arrival, the high level of cleanliness and organization is evident. The rooms are spacious, impeccable, and with a level of neatness that truly makes a difference. Additionally, the location is ideal, with easy access to the main points of interest. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help, making the stay even more pleasant. Without a doubt, a highly recommended place for those seeking comfort, great service, and an impeccable environment.
