Mixed stay with uneven service. Pros: Clean room with a mini-fridge and ample bedside outlets. Reasonable rates with free parking and continental breakfast. Shoutout to Jobig at the front desk who was professional and very helpful. Cons: Property is showing some wear. Shower floor was a bit slippery despite having a safety grab bar. Lavon at check-in lacked training and omitted all basic hotel info.

We have stayed in several Spark locations in the past and have generally been completely satisfied with the accommodations. Not so much this time. The building was in need of renovation and the room was in poor condition. The walls were scarred from abuse, needed paint and was generally not up to Hilton standards. The bathroom was not much better and had significant corrosion issues. About the only positive was that it appeared that the carpet had been updated. I'm having a hard time finding words to express my disgust and overall dissatisfaction with this particular Hotel. I have better expectation of a Hilton property. This particular hotel has a horrid smell that greets you in the lobby and even worse in the hallways. The smell was even questioned by other guests to the front desk. Upon checking into our room (after an almost 4 hour drive) I wanted to take a shower. Upon going into the bathroom, there was mold coming from the vents and overhead in the shower. The hotel is pretty standard hotel no microwave in the room it's by the front desk the breakfast is mid but can't expect to much for free breakfast overall not to bad of a place to stay. 8/10 would kinda recommend if your looking for somewhere close to the beach no view but still close.
