The breakfast could have a little more variety for those who have a driver's license. For the price of the room though, Dunkin and McD's are an option. We didn't stay long enough to add many details of the area, just a spot to sleep and head out again.
The hotel was basic, but clean and quiet, plenty of oarking, great staff. They allow pets, for which I paid $50. The area outside the hotel, immediately on the property was dirty, trashed and full of debris. My dog got something gross and sticky on his feet walking around. The landscaping was all rocks, which means they can get away without lawn maintenance and it shows. Get regular lawn cleans and install a safe grass area that can be weed wacked. Seriously.
