Room was good and updated
Rooms were clean, beds were comfy.
Place looks generally clean, the first room we were given was none smoking however reeked of smoke, normally we wouldn't make a fuss but we have and infant. The lady at the front desk was kind about it and gave us a new room with a larger bed free of extra charge. However our new room had no tub for the baby but I wasn't going to complain again so we made it work, the toilet also didn't flush so that was fun. No elevator so dont bring alot of baggage unless you want to carry it up a long flight of stairs. Also, no hot breakfast. No vending machine. They have snack and drink in a grab and pay at the desk (can take awhile waiting for service) and a bottle of pop was $4. $180 for carrying stuff upstairs and not even a waffle maker is very ignorant. This hotel is suppose to represent Hilton and is cheapening the name and brand. Will not go back.
