The rooms are very clean except the bathtub was dirty but it seemed more stained. The front desk staff last night around 7:00 she was the sweetest ever! The only real complaint I have is that the water pressure was bad and we had zero hot water. I tried it at night and in the morning and it was at most lukewarm. Other than that great stay! You honestly get more than you paid for!
It’s a midscale property. You get what you pay for, which is supposed to be comparable to a Comfort Inn. However, upon arrival this evening, I found the night manager to be extremely helpful, and apologetic about the elevator. A key facet of any Hilton property is their app, and it allowed me to select a room on the first floor. I didn’t even know it had problems with the elevator. The night front desk clerk and her grandsons were very polite, friendly & helpful. I stayed here 15 February, 2026. Whoever cleans the rooms should find different employment. The room was not done on my arrival. The elevators we’re inoperable. Clean sheets & pillows were on the floor & the beds were unmade & disassembled. Somebody marked the room ready before it was clean. Somebody lied. Service is great but there was bed bugs in my room 220 and got me all bitten! Definitely not coming back.
very respectful, nice rooms and they offer breakfast and food to eat for paying for their service
