The only good thing about this place was that the staff were all super friendly. We got there around 5:30pm and people were still waiting around since 3pm for their rooms to be ready. When we got to ours the bathroom had been cleaned but the bed was still stripped. I told the staff and they eventually got to it (we left for dinner and it was done when we returned). Stayed here on a business trip and it was pretty decent. The room was clean and the bed was honestly more comfortable than some of Hilton's higher tier hotels. Breakfast is basic, but i knew this when I booked it. For the people who book through those travel sites, this place does not have a pool. It's already a good deal. Just book through hilton, and you'll get the best rates, as well as a guaranteed room. My only complaint is the smell of the cleaner that is used, it stinks.
Went to Brandon to visit our son. Rooms were budget-friendly. No bells and whistles but did have a fridge. Clean and new looking.
