Spa Day 5/15/10 I was invited to share a special "spa" date with a girlfriend as part of her birthday celebration. Unfortunately, half the staff at the spa need a course in hospitality and customer service. They made little effort to make us feel comfortable, and some of the services my friend's husband paid for were NOT provided. The staff also made us feel as if we were "putting them out" and we had to wait over one hour between some of our services. Great Services Great services. However NO MATERNITY table. Would have liked to take my daughter, however she was pregnant. Guess we will have to wait a few months. Clean, comfortable, not rushed when I was there. Recommend for all those who are not pregnant!
Great Service! Spargo Spa is a great a great getaway! I've been going there for about 10 years and the service is excellent. The staff is very friendly and talented. I usually get my hair done or a pedicure and I've never had a problem. The two things I love best about Spargo Spa is the promptness and the environment. Never again I have been to Spargo on many occasions- the service has been ok...but the last time I was there- will be the LAST time I ever go there. Front desk help always make you feel like you are bothering them. You walk in and there are 3 of them sitting there but no one even looks up. Customer service - HELLO. I pay good money for my services- never again. Spargo needs to train their staff!
A WONDERFULLY RELAXING EXPERIENCE I received the Roman Ritual mini-spa as a Christmas gift. It includes a massage, facial, manicure and pedicure. I was there from 8am to about 12:30pm. Sheer bliss! Everyone there was so nice. I never felt rushed. Every service was AMAZING! I highly recommend Spargo Salon & Day Spa. High end products, great facility, and a very professional and personable staff. :)

Comfortable Spa I've been going to Spargo Spa for about 10 years now and I always enjoy myself when I go for my appointments. Everybody is very friendly and warm. I usually get my pedicure and/or manicure done and Niki always makes them look amazing. She's really good at what she does and she's very personable. She treats you like one of her friends and it makes me very comfortable. I would definitely recommend Spargo Spa to anyone looking for a nice laid back spa. -Kris N.
Pleasant Spa! Spargo Spa is a great spa to go to in Pewaukee. I always go there for massages and Jenny always does an excellent job. I really like that the ladies there have gotten acquainted with me and greet me by name when I come in for my appointments.
