Spargo and their team delivered on time, on budget and with superior quality. Howard's project management skills, easy-to-work with personality, and most importantly, treating our home as if it were his own made our project a delight. I would be happy to recommend Spargo to anyone building new, home addition, or remodeling.

After interviewing several General Contractors, we decided to go with Howard Spargo for our major renovation project. Everyone we interviewed was highly qualified but Howard seemed to be the most transparent from the start of the project to the end. He was a real pro and communications during the (9+month) process was excellent. As is typically the case, issues and challenges appeared with sub-contractors and material supplies. Best contractor ever! We did a large renovation and every detail was handled expertly. Great communication, excellent advice, tremendous subcontractors, accurate timelines, and high quality work. The only downside is that Howard is a Green Bay Packers fan! You cannot do better than Spargo Construction.
My husband and I hired Howard and his team after unexpected water damage in both our bathrooms resulted in a complete gut and renovation of both rooms. They swooped in and went to work as soon as they could, knowing our situation. I highly recommend working with Howard. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and fantastic at communicating. His subcontractors he worked with did a phenomenal job with great attention to detail. Our bathrooms never looked better! We will definitely be hiring him again for future projects.
