Can’t even get in the unit I paid for
Absolutely terrible customer service. Had to cancel my rental unit before i ever seen the inside of it! Because nobody at the call center could tell me the correct combination to the “complimentary” lock they provided and basically told me there’s nothing they could do because the combo has to be what they said it was! Whoever is running the customer service operation doesn’t care too much about renting the units, lost a long term renter because they’re lazy and didn’t want to take the necessary steps to figure the lock situ... read more
