Bravo is a very nice representative. He answered my questions and helped me figure out my problem.
Don’t bother with this place customer service is trash. Had my items in a unit for two months and I get a call advising my lock was cut off by accident during an auction and gave me a code to a new lock they had placed on it. I go over and find the code does not work and their customer service was not open to assist. I call back the next day spending 20 minutes explaining what happened they give me another code to try but I now need to go back over and try that and replace my lock.
