Rip people off! Overcharge long term customer. $134 for 5x10. But if I move all my stuff to a different unit , they will give me new low rate. Disabled senior citizen here. Very wrong
Units are decent enough. No climate control and plenty of bugs to go around. Make sure you set some glue traps, etc. Quietly raising prices with little more than an email notification is sleazy business. The monthly cost is no longer worth the value of the unit. If you’re storing for a few months, great. Any longer than that go with another storage company. Sparebox still has some improvements to make to customer experience.
