I've been there 4 year and the rent has gone up about every 6 months. Started around $275 now it's close to $400. Not ideal for long term storage. When I first got there you could access your unit 24/7. Then it went from 5:30am to midnight, and now it's 5:30 am to 10 pm. It's a coded facility with a gate can't see the reasoning behind it. Called and talked to them and asked if I could have access from 5:30am to midnight as my company uses it to store parts for jobs . They said no because it would not be fair for others.
