Shericka helped in getting me a storage unit. She was very wonderful and kind.. I would love to work with her again, she deserves a raise. 10 months ago was when I first reviewed I was 5 stars today 7/2026 I am going down to 1 star.. If you rent a 10x20 you can pay $39.99 today. But because I have rented there for 10 months I pay $151.00 for a 10x20 they said there may be rent increases but this is highway robbery.

Kimberly answered all my questions and our conversation was professional. I didn’t feel like I was being a burden or rushed to get off the call. I had a few questions as I was confused but Kimberly answered what she knew and if she wasn’t sure she directed me to what my next steps could be. She didn’t just tell me what I wanted to hear. She knew what I was talking about. Nice to have an honest answer.
