Awful! U cant find the place. Drove around for an hour. No signs anywhere. The address on their own website leads u to another storage place thats NOT sparebox storage and there is NO after hours support ANYWHERE, absolutely none! The price is great...if u can actually find the place, which we couldn't, cost me another day for a U-Haul and mileage. Had to take a day of Vacation from work to try and find it the next day. So that negated the great price.
Very helpful Kimberly was great to work with- highly recommend
Had a concern and they got it taken care of! Great service on their part.
