**Frequent price hikes!** **Price has gone up from $45 to $75** Not a huge fan of having to use a Kiosk. There was no way to know which spot I was going to get or even see how hard it would be to back my trailer into the spot. When I called the rep. said they don’t do viewings, so I just had to rent a spot and hope for the best. The price is okay and the facility seems pretty well maintained. Changed my review to 1-star. This place continues to go up in price. Within a year they’ve went up on me two times. No employees. Nothings changed. And they’ll respond to this with a canned response and asking me to contact a call center. They’re not even local or have local employees. Heck they have zero employees. Do business elsewhere.
Spend your money somewhere else! They’re hiking the prices again for the 2nd time in 8 months. This is a completely unmanned facility. There is no reason to keep increasing the rates. We will now have to pay $75 to store a small 10 ft trailer. It was $45 originally.. Guess we’re all paying for the massive sink hole they had to repair.
My overall experience with Sparebox Storage was great. Everything was simple and easy to manage. Moving out was quick and Kimberly made the process very easy and smooth.
I was talking with Andy and he was very helpful, kind and easy to talk too and very understanding.This is why I will only deal with Spare Box Storage only. THANKS Andy for everything.
