Terrible business. our unit had water and mold issues, We could not use our unit the full month and had to remove our belongings early, they refused any sort of partial refund and would not even reply to multiple emails and still billed us for another month, even though we called and canceled within the timeframe.

Rented a unit for 2 months.. due to ongoing health issues and high risk pregnancy I had others help me move out and notified them as soon as physically possible of my move out which was 9 days after O had moved out.. Wish unit was 24hr access and the time for light inside to unit sections would stay on longer. But overall satisfied with location and safety of the property.
