Absolutely horrific service. First off when I first tried getting the unit it wouldn’t allow me to online and the person I spoke with on the phone was zero help. There is also zero outreach with them reminding you of your bill being due. I had requested to get reminders of bills when I signed up but the only notifications I’ve gotten from them are to tell me a bill is late and they are charging me a late fee. Terrible business. our unit had water and mold issues, We could not use our unit the full month and had to remove our belongings early, they refused any sort of partial refund and would not even reply to multiple emails and still billed us for another month, even though we called and canceled within the timeframe.
