Used this facility for around two years for covered trailer storage. My space was an outdoor covered bay with a gravel/rubble surface and enough room for my trailer. Pricing was initially reasonable, but I later received a substantial rent increase notice. After contacting management, the increase was made a lot more reasonable. Fast and Responsive customer service from the get go. Shanice helped us transfer our assigned space to something more suitable for our needs. She was kind and courteous without making it seem like we were bothersome. Thank you!
