This place is an absolute nightmare. We stored our belongings at Square Box Storage and lost everything due to their negligence. The unit had a massive leak, leading to severe water damage and mold on all our furniture, clothes, and sentimental family heirlooms. On top of that, there was a full-blown rat infestation—rat urine and feces were all over our belongings. We had to throw everything away.
