Be very careful booking online - I selected a unit with the first month free and was told I selected an identical unit without this offer. I had to cancel and re-lease the unit. Update to my review: Customer service reached out and refunded my $25 service fee so I did not have to pay it twice, which was appreciated. The storage unit was clean, easy to access and a major plus was the moving cart in the storage building. I had to cancel and re-lease the unit - and pay the $25 processing fee twice. Terrible experience and zero effort on the part of this business to make things right.
