After a little over a month of renting from here I had no issues then someone cut off my padlock and stole $700-$800 worth of my stuff. After filing a police report and doing everything the insurance company said we needed to do they denied our claim due to the thieves stealing the padlock they cut off as well. Be careful what you put in your unit
Very helpful and explained everything well.
there’s someone living in the storage unit for the last year at least. I called spare box storage and nothing is done about it. I don’t feel safe at all going to my storage unit.
Courtney the property manager was incredibly kind and understanding. He went above and beyond to help me, and I truly appreciate his professionalism and support. Highly recommend. Storage smooth and stress free.
Kimberly helped me with my question and quickly gave me the exact information I needed. John 3:16
