I’m not doing this survey because they asked me to, because every company these days does that & I find it trifling. Every time I’ve had to call SpareBox over the past few years they’ve been extraordinarily helpful. Solve the problem I’m having, answer whatever questions I throw at them, and it’s handled in a reasonable amount of time. Customer support is outstanding!
