If i could i’d give this place 0 stars. Customer service is not helpful, your code won’t be valid and if you have a CC unit you won’t be able to drop off your stuff until they accept your code. Which could be days according to them. Also! Even better! I tried to get in at one entrance of the apartment for the climate control unit, and the first door doesn’t close… so your stuff isn’t very secure if you’re the first few units.

This is my first time renting a storage unit, so I was a bit lost. I had a hard time finding my unit with my entry code, but Francine was very nice and helped me out a lot with that. She also explained the move-in process a bit to me beforehand, so that was nice too. She was patient and courteous throughout. The facility itself isn’t half bad either.
