When I filled out the form online I stated that my camper was 30 ft long. When I got to the facility to park my camper the spot that was given to me would barely park an extended oversize van. When I called the number available the groundskeeper was on vacation for the next 2 days, so I was left with no other choice but to park my camper in a spot that was open at that time. Great storage area near me clean, easy to pay ,
Paid for my unit, gave me a 4 digit unit when they only have 3 digit unit numbers. Customer Service kept telling me I needed to go to a building that didn't exist. Now I have no unit, no refund and a house full of extra things that I really needed to put in storage.
