I’ve been doing business with this place for over 3 years and it’s been terrible! I only stayed because the location at the time appeared to be convenient. When calling I’ve found that the customer service is horrible! The longer you stay with this place the more they charge you! They were charging me over $140 and starting people out at $80 for the same size units. When calling to cancel my unit I spoke with multiple representatives and they each had nasty attitudes. Depends on what side of the street you get. East side of Holland Sylvania doesn't get plowed too good and the hill upon leaving isn't very good.

The representative was very helpful. She told me she would call me back, she did in less time then she told me. She resolved all of my issues.
