You may have driven by us before since we are just south of South Lyon High School and right off the South Lyon City Trail.

I asked the agent on the phone if there was a map to help me find my storage unit. No map. I got to storage unit, took off the temporary lock, and no matter what I did I could not open the door. I called customer service, got a very nice, calm agent who assigned me a new unit.
