In reference to the owner response below, We did call that number hence this review. -We charge u late fee bc u late but u are on auto pay!! We withdrew pmt but you are late and on auto pay!! You withdrew the pmt late and thats on us?! Thats - summary of when we called that 833#. No refund for charges were given either. Nas was very helpful and pleasant.
Slightly run down facility right in the heart of downtown South Lyon. Raised the price $13 once after eight months without notifying us, and then raised it again after another eight months with notification by $9. Cost difference between what were initially paying and what they are asking us to pay now is $22 (from $59 to $81 per month); all this with no visible site improvements or extras.
