Nothing better than a US company using another country to deal with customer service problems who speak very little english. Also beware of the website sign up for auto pay, it doesn’t work correctly. They send you a notice its late then take it out of your account a week later. Happened to us a couple times. The one thing i could understand from the customer service call we made was the dates, she said we were setup on auto pay for a few months !! yet said we weren’t doing it correctly bec we went through the website ?!
