The initial rental of this storage unit was fine. Price was average, a bit on the high side, but fair. Renting consisted of no interaction with people, simply renting through the automated system on site, which is nice. Then the price went up significantly..I had this unit for approx 3 years. I then cleaned out my unit, and cancelled it through the same process, using the automated system on site. 3 weeks later, I notice they are still charging my credit card as if I had not cancelled.
