I recently purchased a 10x10 storage unit and the storage unit had to be at the most a 5x10 then I called the operator A and got moved to another unit the same size so this was not good after getting a U-Haul and pulling up to the wrong size. I paid a $20 dollar admission fee and waiting for my money back.
I had two interactions with Petrona. Both were excellent. I asked for her specifically to handle our matter.
