We had a super fast drop off experience, employee was helpful and verified everything quickly. I would come to this location again.
The truck itself was all good! Using the app to get the truck was extremely frustrating. The office was supposed to open at 8am but no one was there when we finally figured everything out for ourselves @8:35am. Returning the truck was the most frustrating and disappointing part of our experience by far! The man in the office was extremely rude and unprofessional!! Will not be using this facility for a UHaul rental again!
Great customer service and no hassle rentals
My husband loves this place. I have to say, the no hassle and quick service are top notch. We go there to rent uhaul utility trailers when necessary. We go in, pay for the rental, and get the trailer hooked up. No invasive questions, no odd looks. Just top-notch service.
Love this place. The people who run it are truly amazing and so helpful.
