Horrible Customer Service As I Was Sitting in the lobby Waiting To Be Seen My Self I witnessed the front desk lady discriminate, one of the patients that had reading and writing Impairments So UNPROFESSIONAL telling The Patient “ Well Maybe You Should Read Faster” knowing well of the Circumstances of the Impairments/Disabilities so Wrong in so many ways. NO EXCUSES!

Completely unserious about treating long covid. If you care about long covid patients, you'd be masking and providing air filters. Yes: covid causes brain damage; you'd think if you recognize that scientific reality, you'd take it seriously and protect yourselves and your patients. Billing is also a nightmare. Getting answers on costs is near impossible until it's time to pay. Not worth it.
