Super rude and unkind "Karen" working the front desk here today.6/4/26 Beating around the bush about whether i could see a healthcare worker or caseworker and being super unkind despite hours posted online saying they were still open. would not even let my child and I in out of the heat for a few minutes after walking a half hour to get there. Trash excuse of a human being IMO and should not be client-facing.
