I bought an online gift card for my wife. Email was typed correctly. My credit card was charged. I received a receipt and an order number. So, everything either great…except that the gift card was never delivered. Basically, they took my $50 and just didn’t do anything. Requests to the customer service department have gone nowhere. Thanks. For literally nothing Spanx.

This is an edited review ***** I ordered a few more items from Spanx and they really worked with me to get the proper size and fit -- I am upgrading from a 1 to a 4 because they went above to get my clothes perfect. Still was a weird experience in the beginning with the return, but they made up for it. *** Initial review: Poor return process. My first order from spanx directly. I ordered pants but received a jumpsuit. Via chat the correct item is supposedly on its way... but spanx expects me to label and repackage in my own ... read more
