Vicki did our appraisal and did a terrible Job. She compared our house to “comparable”homes that are 900-1000 square foot less then ours. She didn’t include our finished basement as finished space. We have 2 extra bedrooms and extra bathroom then the “comparable homes. We also have a fence , huge inground pool hot tub and a deck which none of these houses have and she appraised our house at $86-100+ less per square foot then the “comparable” homes.
