I cannot recommend Spannenberg and Sons highly enough. I worked with Patrick and Dan on a big renovation of my house (kitchen/bathrooms/living room redesign). Wife and i recently renovated our house with spannenberg which included flooring throughout, kitchen, feature wall. We had Patrick for our intial qoute process through to signing contracts and Dan for the build. Both were very professional and communication great. Trades used all finished to a great quality and were very easy to work with. Overall we are very happy with our renovated areas, credit to spannenberg and trades for experience/suggestions which helped shape our new home.

I asked for a quote to repair a loose soffit, and Patrick was incredibly helpful and friendly. After inspecting it, he explained that it only needed a few nails and fixed it on the spot. He even mentioned that we were former customers and kindly took care of it for us. Patrick was professional, honest, and very obliging. Excellent customer service—I highly recommend them.
