Me and my family walked in at 7:45 PM, the place closes at 8:00 PM, there were maybe 6 customer's in line, as soon as I open the door and walk in, the guy blurts out loudly and rudely"We are closed" SMH.. Last time I checked, if you own a business,you welcome paying customers until you close, then after you turn off your open sign, you finish serving your customers..I had heard the new owner was a rude guy, today he proved it..You lost my business for life..I definitely do not recommend this place..Go to Cold Stone creamery.... read more

I am sorry you were disappointed. My manager, the person you spoke to, had become unwell and closed 20 minutes early. I have been a manager/owner of restaurants for many years, and in the case of illness, I cannot second-guess a decision to close early.
Ice cream way delicious and the service was great such sweet people especially with kids
The guy that works there is rude. I said I wanted the birthday cake ice cream and he gave me an attitude saying we don't have ice cream cake. I said I know that I want the ice cream. We went there again yesterday to see if he just had a bad day but he was still rude.
