Place sucks... been calling for a month to get $15 back because it soaped up my brand new truck and no water. 5 phone calls...no response.
Was there this evening to get my car washed, paid 12.00$ for the ultimate wash, what a joke! Machine put gunk on my car & did nothing else but dry it on! I had to come home & wash my car at 8:30 at night! Not happy, don't waste your money!
Horrible. Don’t waste your money. Go to any other car wash.
Went to Auto car wash, had first bay closest to self serve. Paid for $11.00 wash, Machine gave no receipt as requested....did not get undercarriage wash, did not rinse car in between soap and spray on wax. Left horrible film on windshield. Now I have to hope it doesn't permanently damage the car outside until I can get the time to get to another car wash and pay again. Tried to call, same issue as other persons. put my $ 10.00 in on Saturday morning 10/21/17 it took my money but nothing happened I tried calling the phone number 610-863-7709 just a voice message hey after 7 calls you would think someone would have the consideration to return your call............nothing today is Monday......what's up.......poor business men
Every time I go to the do it yourself bay. I throw $5 in to start and there is never any soap. Happened to me 3 times in a row.
Hoping to get a refund I paid with card pulled in to the automatic bay, waited 10 minutes, nothing happened. Now I'm out ten bucks. Thanks �
Worst car wash ever. Pulled out and the car was still covered in soap. Dirt was still all over the drivers side. At one point the touchless mechanism went around my car but did nothing. I'm assuming it was the rinse since the soap never rinsed off my car. I will never go back there again.
Every time I go to this place it's either broken down or I never get a receipt when paying with a card !!
